As a Marketing Manager at RWTH Business School, I play a key role in shaping the school’s brand and communication strategy. My work focuses on ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity while creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
My Role & Responsibilities

In my current position, I play a key role in shaping and evolving RWTH Business School’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all marketing channels. Collaborating closely with a graphic design agency as well as making my own designs, I oversee the creative direction and ensure that all visual assets align with the institution’s strategic goals.

A significant part of my work involves setting up and continuously executing the monthly newsletter, keeping students, faculty, and industry professionals informed about the latest developments. I also refine PowerPoint presentations, focusing on visual appeal and storytelling, and keep informational and event materials—such as brochures, menus, and posters—up to date and on brand.​

​Beyond design, I am deeply involved in content creation and strategy for social media, increasing interaction on Instagram through collaborations with students and new content formats. I also write blog articles, contribute to website and event content, and organise the rollout of the school’s new mission, vision, and slogan. Over the past year, I have taken on more independent project leadership, including responsibility for budget decisions, process optimizations, and the development of new merchandise ideas.
