My Role & Responsibilities

In my role at RWTH Business School, I played a key part in shaping and evolving the school’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all marketing channels. I collaborated closely with a graphic design agency while also creating my own designs, overseeing creative direction, and making sure all visual assets aligned with the institution’s strategic goals.

A central part of my work was the setup and ongoing execution of the monthly newsletter, keeping students, faculty, and industry partners informed about current developments. I refined PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on visual storytelling. I maintained a wide range of informational and event materials—such as brochures, menus, and posters- ensuring they remained up to date and on brand.

Beyond design, I was actively involved in content creation and social media strategy, increasing engagement on Instagram through student collaborations and the introduction of new content formats. I wrote blog articles, contributed to website and event content, and took a leading role in defining the school’s mission, vision, and slogan. As part of this process, I also established a consistent corporate wording that aligned with the existing corporate design and strengthened the overall brand voice.

Over time, I assumed greater responsibility in independently leading projects, including budget ownership, process optimization, and the development of new merchandise concepts. Through my work, I helped strengthen brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support RWTH Business School’s mission to deliver high-quality business education.
